History: Please give us some biographical information on the driver, co-driver
and car. Include any prior association with Bridgehampton Races or Rallies,
other race-rally experience, membership in car clubs, etc. In short, list any
interesting or amusing information about your car or your life behind the wheel
that won’t get you locked up:

Legal, Financial and Housekeeping Stuff:
1. I have read and understand the Rally-Tour rules and regulations and agree to
abide thereby. _________ (initial)
2. Please enclose a copy of your driver’s license, car registration and
insurance paperwork. Remember you cannot compete in the Rally or Tour unless we
have a copy of these.
3. Enclose a check made payable to The Bridgehampton Historical Society for
your event fee as noted above. If your application to participate in the Rally
or Tour is not accepted, your check will be returned.
4. Applications for the Rally and Tour will be accepted until the field has
been filled, or until 9 am September 27, 2008. We will reply to your
application as soon as possible after receipt.
5. Wavier Statement: In consideration of my application being accepted by the
Bridgehampton Historical Society for the Road Rally, Classic Car Tour, or
Bridgehampton Concours, and any ancillary events
(Classic Car Weekend), I do hereby release BHHS from all liability for physical
damage or personal injury to me or my car while engaging in any BHHS event or
traveling to or from these events. ____________ (please initial).
6. Photo Release: I hereby grant the Bridgehampton Historical Society the right
to use any photograph or video image of me or my car taken or made during the
course of The Classic Car Weekend without any further permission or
remuneration. ___________ (please initial).
7. I understand that the Road Rally and Classic Car Tour will be held as
scheduled rain or shine, but that in the event of rain, the Concours
may be canceled. Concours entrants may call BHHS at
8:30am Sunday September 28th if weather conditions are unsettled.
