We organized the Classic Car Tour after some Road Rally entrants repeatedly failed to complete the course. We realized that not everyone wanted to compete in the Road Rally, and that some classic car owners just wanted to take their cars out for the day and have a nice drive in the company of other like minded enthusiasts. If that describes you, welcome to the Tour!

The Tour is open to any motor vehicle built before 12-31-1969. Even Motorcycles are welcome! In the past we have planned a different route and activities for our "tourists". This year again we are sending you on the same route as the rally entrants.

We spend months finding little known roads, beautiful vistas, and interesting spots to send the rally to. We thought the tour should share the fruits of that effort. The tour will leave over the starting ramp immediately after the last road rally entrant departs. Tour cars can either drive as a group, or go it on your own. You'll follow the routebook through the first half of the rally until lunchtime, and enjoy lunch with all of the Rally and the Tour participants. After lunch, you may either follow more of the rally route, stay at the Historical Society, or tour your own route. Just plan on being back at the Historical Society in time for the Apres Rally Party and Awards Ceremony.

Our party will once again be held on the grounds of the Historical Society, where we will share food and drink while passing the time until the official awards presentation.

All the while your hardworking rally staff will be laboriously computing this year's results, making a list and checking it twice as it were...

Lunch for two is included in your tour entry fee, as well as admission for 4 people to all the rally social events. We do hope you will consider joining us for this classic car weekend!
